Mix all dry ingredients in one large bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together.
Combine the two and mix well, ensuring that the oats are covered and moist.
Spread onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Place in a preheated 340°F oven for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through.
Remove from oven after 30 minutes, add in the dried cherries and give it a toss. Allow to cool.
It will get a little crisper as it cools. If you prefer it to be a little more crunchy, leave it in another 5 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
Once completely cooled, place in a glass jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.
