Kettle Corn Popcorn Balls

Ingredients
8
cups
air-popped popcorn (plain, no oil)
½
cup
pure maple syrup
Pinch
of sea salt
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat maple syrup until bubbly and thick (about 3–4 minutes).
Stir in salt and vanilla.
Pour over popcorn, toss gently and shape into balls.
Let them cool on parchment until firm.
