Smoky Lentil & Walnut Tacos

Ingredients

cooked brown lentils
¼
– ½ cup water

tsp
smoked paprika
1
tsp
cumin
1
tsp
chili powder
½
tsp
garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
6
small taco shells
Your favorite toppings
avocado, salsa, shredded cabbage, etc.
Instructions
Sauté lentils in seasoning in a pan with the water until fragrant and well combined.
Warm taco shells and fill the taco shells with the lentils.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
