Sweet & Salty Date Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

air-popped popcorn

Medjool dates
pitted & soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
½
cup
plant milk
unsweetened
½
tsp
vanilla extract
¼
tsp
sea salt
¼
tsp
cinnamon
optional
Instructions
Blend soaked dates, plant milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until smooth.
Drizzle the caramel over the popcorn and toss to coat.
Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes to set.
Let cool and enjoy!
