Cherry Tomato Hummus Flatbread

Ingredients

flatbread or naan
1/3
cup
hummus
1
cup
cherry tomatoes
halved
Fresh basil or parsley
Thinly sliced cucumber or arugula
optional
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
Lightly bake or toast the flatbread at 400° until slightly crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
Spread with hummus and top with tomatoes, herbs and any extra vegetables you’d like.
Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
