Cherry Tomato Hummus Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • Fresh basil or parsley
  • Thinly sliced cucumber or arugula optional
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Lightly bake or toast the flatbread at 400° until slightly crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Spread with hummus and top with tomatoes, herbs and any extra vegetables you’d like.
  • Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
