Creamy Dreamy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

peanut butter - fresh ground (if allergy use almond butter)

garlic clove

fresh diced ginger, peeled
Juice of 1/2 a lime or 4 T rice vinegar

tsp
maple syrup (or to taste)

Tamari - gluten-free low sodium “soy” sauce
1/2-1
cup
water to blend and thin
Crushed reds or cayenne (optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth and adjust salt, sweet and thickness.
Notes
I like mine a bit thinner so not to have a ton of fat from the peanut butter.
