Creamy Dreamy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 T peanut butter - fresh ground (if allergy use almond butter)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 T fresh diced ginger, peeled
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime or 4 T rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 4 T Tamari - gluten-free low sodium “soy” sauce
  • 1/2-1 cup water to blend and thin
  • Crushed reds or cayenne (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and adjust salt, sweet and thickness.

Notes

I like mine a bit thinner so not to have a ton of fat from the peanut butter.
