Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove any moisture. The drier they are, the crunchier they’ll get!
Toss the chickpeas with the spices and salt until evenly coated.
Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even crisping. They’re ready when they’re golden and crispy.
