Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika or any favorite spice: garlic powder, chili powder, or cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Optional: a dash of cayenne for a spicy kick!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove any moisture. The drier they are, the crunchier they’ll get!
  • Toss the chickpeas with the spices and salt until evenly coated.
  • Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even crisping. They’re ready when they’re golden and crispy.
