Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients:

    • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika (or any favorite spice: garlic powder, chili powder, or cumin)
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • Optional: a dash of cayenne for a spicy kick!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove any moisture. The drier they are, the crunchier they’ll get!
  3. Toss the chickpeas with the spices and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even crisping. They’re ready when they’re golden and crispy.
