Dry Roasted Green Peas

Ingredients

cup
dried green peas (from the dry beans/lentils aisle)
½
tsp
sea salt
½
tsp
paprika or cumin (optional)
Optional pinch of chili powder or black pepper
Instructions
Spread the peas on a baking tray and roast at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Let them cool completely, that’s when the crunch really shows up
