Dry Roasted Green Peas
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried green peas (from the dry beans/lentils aisle)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp paprika or cumin (optional)
- Optional pinch of chili powder or black pepper
Instructions
- Spread the peas on a baking tray and roast at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let them cool completely, that’s when the crunch really shows up

I started out over 10 years ago watching Forks Over Knives, decided to “try out” the plant-based meal plan and had shockingly incredible results. I’ve never turned back.
