Wipe the mushrooms clean and remove the stems if desired.
Coat the mushrooms generously in your marinade of choice and let sit for about 15–30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 3–5 minutes per side, until tender with beautiful grill marks and slightly caramelized edges.
