Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • Gochujang sauce, Korean barbecue sauce, Teriyaki sauce, or oil-free Italian dressing

Instructions
 

  • Wipe the mushrooms clean and remove the stems if desired.
  • Coat the mushrooms generously in your marinade of choice and let sit for about 15–30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 3–5 minutes per side, until tender with beautiful grill marks and slightly caramelized edges.
  • Serve immediately while warm and juicy.
