Iced Hibiscus Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 –3 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon or a touch of natural sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil.
  • Add hibiscus flowers and reduce to a gentle simmer.
  • Let simmer for 20–25 minutes for a deeper, more developed flavor.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Strain and pour over ice.
  • Add lemon or sweetness if desired and stir.
