Tasty Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients

ripe bananas
mashed
1/4
cup
maple syrup
or to taste

vanilla extract
1/2
cup
plant-based milk
1 1/2
cups
oat flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
A pinch of salt
Optional: nuts
raisins.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing until just combined.
Fold in optional add-ins, scoop batter into the tin and bake for 18–20 minutes.
Cool before enjoying!
