Wasabi Powder

maple syrup or 1 date (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lime or 1 T rice vinegar

tamari sauce - low sodium, gluten free

Tahini
1/2
cup
cashews soaked (you can sub 1/2 can of garbanzo beans for lower fat)
Salt to taste
Water to thin
Instructions
Add wasabi powder to mini blender and a few tablespoons of hot water to sort of “activate” the wasabi.
Let stand and cool for a few. Add all other ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Adjust flavours how you prefer.
