Wasabi Lime Sauce
- 3 tsp Wasabi Powder
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp tamari sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- Salt to taste
- Water to thin
- Blend all ingredients in a personal blender such as a Ninja or some such.
- Adjust flavours how you prefer.
I started out several years ago watching Forks Over Knives, decided to “try out” the plant-based meal plan and had shockingly incredible results. I’ve never turned back.
