Recipe: 3-Ingredient Lentil Tacos
You’ll need
:

  • 1 cup cooked lentils (canned, rinsed and drained)
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • Taco shells and toppings (like salsa, guacamole, jalapeño, roasted corn and shredded lettuce).
  1. Heat the cooked lentils in a pan and mix in taco seasoning.
  2. Warm the taco shells and fill them with the seasoned lentils.
  3. Top with your favorite taco toppings or hot sauces 🌶️ and enjoy!
