Banana Oat Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Raisins, nuts or dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  • Stir in the oats and any optional add-ins.
  • Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
