Looking for a fun, crunchy snack for Friday night? This week’s Friday Fave is a little unexpected but totally addictive: Crispy Rice Paper Veggie Rolls! Think spring rolls, but baked or air-fried for that extra crisp.

What You’ll Need:

  • Rice paper sheets
  • Shredded carrots
  • Thinly sliced bell peppers
  • Julianne daikon radish
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves
  • Tamari or coconut aminos for dipping
Quick Instructions:
  • Soak rice paper briefly in warm water until pliable.
  • Fill with a few strips of veggies and herbs, then roll like a burrito.
  • Place seam-side down on parchment-lined tray.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 mins or air-fry until golden and crispy.
  • Dip into tamari or your fave sauce and crunch away!

These are light, snackable and perfect with a movie or chill night in.
