Today, I’m reflecting on the incredible journey that brought me here—and that brought us together in this wonderful plant-based community. A few years back, I never would’ve imagined that a simple shift in what I was eating could lead to such a major transformation.

One plant-based ingredient after another, I found myself not only saying goodbye to 50 pounds but to decades-old habits that once held me back. After 30 years of smoking, I finally broke free and it felt like a fresh start in every way. Even better, my sons’ acne cleared up and our family’s health has only flourished since making these changes.

But the real gift? It’s having each of you here, sharing in the excitement of every new discovery—each recipe, each moment we spend investing in our health and the planet. Every Thursday, I’m reminded of how grateful I am for you and this plant-powered journey we’re on.

Today’s Discovery:
I wanted to share one special ingredient that’s become a staple for me: Low Sodium Tamari sauce (San-J brand). This gluten-free soy sauce is so flavorful, it elevates any dish! Simple yet powerful, this little addition keeps my meals exciting and delicious. It’s amazing how something so straightforward can make such a difference!
