Tips to Enjoy Kohlrabi:
🥗 Raw: Slice thinly and toss in salads or slaws for crunch.
🍲 Roasted: Cube and roast with garlic and paprika for a sweet, caramelized side.
🍜 Mash: Steam the bulbs and blend with potatoes for a creamy twist.
🌿 Use the Greens: Sauté the leafy tops with a splash of lemon—similar to kale!
