As I sit down to write this email, I find myself truly grateful—not just for this vibrant plant-based lifestyle but for each of you who shares it with me. Thank you for being here, learning, growing and inspiring right alongside me. I feel so fortunate that we’ve crossed paths.
Years ago, I couldn’t have imagined this life. After 30 years of smoking, weight going up and down like a bride’s dress 😃 and ready to give up, I felt truly weighed down—both physically and mentally. But choosing a whole foo, plant-based (oil free) path changed everything. I lost nearly 50 pounds in just a few months and my inner spark returned. Every day was like a small victory and it’s even sweeter to know I now get to celebrate your wins with you.
Whether you’re just starting out or have been on this journey for years, know that you’re doing something truly powerful. You’re prioritizing your health, and you’re part of a movement that respects our bodies and the planet. And remember I am here to pick you up if you ever fall down.

I started out several years ago watching Forks Over Knives, decided to “try out” the plant-based meal plan and had shockingly incredible results. I’ve never turned back. I have lost nearly 50 pounds, and that is just one side effect that me, my family, friends and clients have experienced after making the change.
Having been an incredible cook my entire adult life, I started my own personal chef service, NuYu Nourish, to extend my help to others. I interned under a celebrity chef, became a celebrity chef myself and have been expanding my reach and goals ever since! My plan follows strictly and simply those of Dr. Mcdougall, Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Esselstyn.
