This week’s Friday Fave is a sweet, crunchy and totally plant-based snack—Cinnamon Pita Chips! They’re crispy, lightly spiced and perfect for dipping into fruit salsa or just enjoying on their own.

Quick Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly brush whole pitas with maple syrup, then sprinkle with cinnamon & salt.
  • Cut them into triangles and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
