Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Avocado
- 2 Ripe Banana
- 2 T cacao
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Splashes of unsweetened plant milk if needed to blend
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mini blender (Vitamix or ninja, but if using a larger blender scraping down the side) and blend until smooth, adding plant milk as needed to ensure it is blending but not for the purpose of making it “runny”.
- Adjust flavours (chocolate, syrup, salt)
- Chill 1 hour then serve.
I started out several years ago watching Forks Over Knives, decided to “try out” the plant-based meal plan and had shockingly incredible results. I’ve never turned back.
