Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice noodles (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup shredded red or green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup julienned cucumber
  • 1/4 cup daikon radish, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  • Cook and rinse the rice noodles under cold water, set aside.
  • Prep the veggies and toss them together in a large bowl.
  • Add the chilled noodles and gently mix everything together.
  • Drizzle generously with my Wasabi Lime Sauce.
