Simple & Flavorful Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 –2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 2 –4 tbsp water to blend
  • Salt to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Enjoy with fresh veggies, whole grain crackers or spread onto wraps and bowls for an easy, nourishing addition.
