This week, I’m highlighting mulberries, one of the sweetest little surprises of the season.
These delicate berries are juicy, naturally sweet and only around for a short time each year.
Mulberries are delicious added to oatmeal, smoothie bowls, salads or simply enjoyed fresh by the handful.
If you happen to see them at a local farmers market, they’re definitely worth trying while they’re in season.
