For this Seasonal Sunday, let’s talk about one of the simplest little foods that can completely change a dish, blueberries.

Sweet, juicy, colorful and incredibly versatile, they work in so many different ways beyond just a snack.

You can blend them into a simple blueberry-balsamic dressing for salads, toss them over greens with nuts and herbs or spoon them over warm steel cut oats for a naturally sweet topping.

They’re also wonderful in fruit tarts, baked oatmeal, chia pudding or lightly warmed down into a simple blueberry compote for toast, pancakes or grain bowls.
