Happy Tasty Tuesday!
This Tasty Tuesday, let’s add some fire to your meals with Cayenne Pepper, the tiny red spice with mighty power! Beyond its bold flavor, cayenne is packed with capsaicin, a compound that helps boost metabolism, improve circulation, support digestion and even fight inflammation.
You can dehydrate cayenne peppers and pulse them a few times to break them down just enough to add a few pinches to your favorite dishes. With just a sprinkle, this fiery spice can transform roasted veggies, soups, beans and even sweet jams or rice bowls, giving your meals that perfect final touch of warmth and wellness.
Sometimes, the smallest sprinkle makes the biggest difference and Cayenne Pepper proves that spice and health truly go hand in hand.

I started out over 10 years ago watching Forks Over Knives, decided to “try out” the plant-based meal plan and had shockingly incredible results. I’ve never turned back. I have lost nearly 50 pounds, and that is just one side effect that me, my family, friends and clients have experienced after making the change.
Having been an incredible cook my entire adult life, I started my own personal chef service, NuYu Nourish, to extend my help to others. I interned under a celebrity chef, became a celebrity chef myself and have been expanding my reach and goals ever since! My plan follows strictly and simply those of Dr. Mcdougall, Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Esselstyn.
