Fresh Fruit Skewers

Ingredients (about 6–8 skewers):

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions:

  • Wash and prepare all the fruit.
  • Thread strawberries, pineapple, grapes and melon onto skewers, alternating fruits for color.
  • Sprinkle lightly with lime zest and serve immediately or chill for 20–30 minutes for an extra refreshing treat.

Optional: Garnish with fresh mint or basil leaves.
