With temperatures skyrocketing pretty much all over the world, I came up with this quick frozen delight, as grapes are readily available in most regions. Many states north of Florida are currently hitting triple-digit temperatures, even higher than Florida itself. Even Switzerland is experiencing higher-than-average temperatures.

This simple frozen treat is a refreshing way to cool down while enjoying one of nature’s sweetest snacks.

Frozen Grapes

Ingredients~

  • 2-4 cups seedless grapes

Instructions~

  • Wash the grapes in a bowl of water with a splash of vinegar. Rinse well and pat completely dry.
  • Spread the grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.
  • Freeze for 2–3 hours or until the grapes are frosted and firm.
  • Serve immediately while frozen.

Optional: Thread fresh grapes, blueberries and strawberries onto wooden skewers before freezing for a fun, festive summer treat.
