You’ll Need:

  • 8 cups air-popped popcorn (plain, no oil)
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
To Make:
  • Heat maple syrup until bubbly and thick (about 3–4 minutes).
  • Stir in salt and vanilla.
  • Pour over popcorn, toss gently and shape into balls.
  • Let them cool on parchment until firm.
