Baked Cinnamon Pears

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • A handful of chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • A splash of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pear halves on a baking dish, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add a splash of vanilla.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pears are soft and slightly caramelized.
  5. Top with chopped nuts for some crunch if desired.
