This Sunday, let’s transform sweet corn into something bold and savory. Take fresh kernels off the cob, dry roast them in a nonstick pan until charred. As the kernels char, their flavor deepens and even more natural sweetness of the corn becomes irresistible.
This roasted corn is delicious tossed into a fresh salsa, folded into a crisp salad or as a topping to my Chipotle-Lime Sauce (tossed with your favorite pasta).
