Ingredients:

  • 6 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 6-8 Medjool dates, pitted & soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • ½ cup plant milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
  • Blend soaked dates, plant milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Drizzle the caramel over the popcorn and toss to coat.
  • Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes to set.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
