Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked brown lentils
  • ¼ – ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 small taco shells
  • Your favorite toppings (avocado, salsa, shredded cabbage, etc.)

How to Make It:

  • Sauté lentils in seasoning in a pan with the water until fragrant and well combined.
  • Warm taco shells and fill the taco shells with the lentils.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
