Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked brown lentils
- ¼ – ½ cup water
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 small taco shells
- Your favorite toppings (avocado, salsa, shredded cabbage, etc.)
How to Make It:
- Sauté lentils in seasoning in a pan with the water until fragrant and well combined.
- Warm taco shells and fill the taco shells with the lentils.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

I started out over 10 years ago watching Forks Over Knives, decided to “try out” the plant-based meal plan and had shockingly incredible results. I’ve never turned back.
