Creamy Dreamy Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 T peanut butter - fresh ground (if allergy use almond butter)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 T fresh diced ginger, peeled
- Juice of 1/2 a lime or 4 T rice vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- 4 T Tamari - gluten-free low sodium “soy” sauce
- 1/2-1 cup water to blend and thin
- Crushed reds or cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and adjust salt, sweet and thickness.

I started out over 10 years ago watching Forks Over Knives, decided to “try out” the plant-based meal plan and had shockingly incredible results. I’ve never turned back. I have lost nearly 50 pounds, and that is just one side effect that me, my family, friends and clients have experienced after making the change.
